We offer a range of specialty surfactants and performance additives for the PVC industry, primarily used to improve processing efficiency, pigment dispersion, and end-product quality in rigid and flexible PVC applications. These include dispersing agents such as Lansperse systems, which help achieve uniform pigment distribution in PVC compounds, improving color strength, stability, and surface finish. In PVC processing, these additives also function as wetting agents and compatibilizers, ensuring better integration of fillers, stabilizers, and plasticizers within the polymer matrix, which leads to improved mechanical performance and consistency in final products.

In addition, our principal’s product portfolio supports PVC manufacturing through a variety of emulsifiers, defoamers, and process aids that enhance production efficiency and product quality. Emulsifiers assist in emulsion polymerization processes used to produce PVC-related intermediates, while defoamers help control foam during mixing and processing, ensuring smooth operations and defect-free outputs. These functional additives contribute to improved viscosity control, better processing stability, and enhanced performance of PVC in applications such as films, sheets, pipes, cables, and flexible compounds.
