Plasticizers

We offer a comprehensive range of plasticizers for PVC applications, designed to improve flexibility, durability, and processing performance in rigid PVC formulations. Plasticizers work by reducing intermolecular forces between PVC chains, making the material softer, more flexible, and easier to process. The product range includes different types such as phthalate plasticizers (e.g., DOP, DINP, DIDP), terephthalates (especially DOTP), adipates, sebacates, trimellitates, and bio-based or epoxy plasticizers, each selected based on performance, regulatory, and end-use requirements. Among these, DOTP (Dioctyl Terephthalate) is a widely used non-phthalate primary plasticizer that offers excellent thermal stability, low volatility, and good migration resistance, making it suitable for high-performance and long-life PVC products. It is extensively used in applications such as cables and wires, flooring, synthetic leather, films, hoses, and automotive interiors, where electrical properties, flexibility, and aging resistance are critical. Compared to traditional phthalates like DOP, DOTP and similar terephthalate grades provide improved environmental compliance and better long-term performance in demanding applications.
